His competitiveness and tenacity shines through in both work and pleasure, privately enjoying success in international outrigging marathon competitions (winning a record 9 times) and prior to that a former ruckman for Aussie Rules. Ron Grabbe is the driving force behind RGD and its push to deliver constantly improved environmental outcomes. A committed family man with a vision for the future, that leads by example.

Steve Hopes

Steve has covered many different sectors in the building industry over his 25 year career including extensive experience in residential and commercial developments. Having recently completed construction of ‘The Edge’ corporate centre at Lake Kawana Steve has also recently completed the construction of ‘Ocean Reach’, a medium density resort style residential apartment at Kawana Island. Steve’s hands-on approach to construction management means that RGD Constructions can deliver your project on time and on budget (and more often than not Steve’s team delivers projects ahead of schedule).
Steve is another family man on the Board of Director’s for RGD.
