RGD Constructions is the construction division of the RGD Group and in conjunction with RGD Property Group is able to offer a ‘whole of project’ service from; initial project inception, through to the construction of a built asset, and everything in between, including the project management of consultancy services, negotiating statutory and building approvals and project budgeting. But just because we can do everything doesn’t mean we have to, we are only too happy to provide ‘construction only’ services or partial project management services, as required to suit your needs and the needs of your project. Our core management and construction group have worked together on a range of successful projects, including the Lake Kawana Private Hospital and St Kitts, Caribbean and Azure, residential apartments at Kawana Island. RGD have recently completed ‘The Edge’ corporate centre. At approximately 14,000m2 of constructed floor space, including basement car park area, The Edge is the Sunshine Coasts largest commercial building to date and the first Certified Green Star Project on the Sunshine Coast, and work is due for completion on ‘Ocean Reach’, a medium density resort style residential apartment project towards the middle of 2010.
