Regatta apartments were the first absolute waterfront residences to be developed on the shores of Lake Kawana. The complex overlooks the official finishing line of the lake's 2500-metre rowing course, offering residents front row seats to watch international rowing regattas and other still water competitions. Regatta was one of the first major apartment projects undertaken by RGD. It continues to set the pace for exclusive waterfront living on the Sunshine Coast.
