As the founding Director, Ron's strong leadership ability continues to provide the motivation for RGD Property Group's growth and innovation. A highly respected developer, Ron's management skills lie in his ability to put large projects together and to drive a passionate, experienced team who also share his values. With his practical building experience, Ron has the insight to be able to recognise and address challenges while the project is still on the drawing board.
ROB GOWLAND
Director
Since joining RGD Property Group in 2002, Rob has displayed his expertise in strategic planning, business acquisition, financial accounting and feasibility studies. A qualified chartered accountant, and also a licensed real estate agent, Rob has an innate ability to recognise what unit mix will best maximise the success of a project. Rob is also responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing strategies to take the developments to market, which has proved to be a major component of RGD Property Group's success. Working closely together on a daily basis, Ron and Rob have complementary skills and a unique rapport that has seen them work side-by-side to grow the business.
STEVE HOPES
Director
Steve Hopes brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to the team due to a career path that has seen him work his way through a number of trades, after initially training as a builder. His extensive experience, at a grass roots level, makes Steve's input invaluable in the planning and delivery of every project. After 14 years with RGD, Steve has been instrumental in bringing projects in on schedule and on budget. |
